CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT

Arghyam an NGO based in Indiranagar in Bangalore wanted to try out a new Waste water treatment technology called SBT or soil bio technology. Since we had already done rainwater harvesting at Accept care, We were awarded the work for executing the treatment plant work

WHAT WE DID

We built three large tanks inside which the patented filter media was filled. The filtered water was stored in another tank built. Pumps were installed to supply the water for irrigation

RESULT

Because of Waste water treatment and rainwater harvesting, the campus has become a Zero discharge campus. Also now, there is no scarcity of water in the campus amd they are self sufficient . In terms on numbers, because of this treatment plant, over and above the water saved by rainwater harvesting, teh campus is able to save an additional 5,475,000 liters of water a year and about 5000 units of electricity every year
