- There was acute scarcity of water in teh apartment since Bore-Wells were dry and Piped Water supply was unreliable. So they wanted to install a RWH unit to augment the supply of water .

- 3000,000 Liters of water & 4,500 units of electricity saved every year .

- Captured all the rooftop rainwater run-off, Put the captured water through two rounds of filtration and stored in the sump .
